Under the plan, by 2020, 100% of medical stations will be able to provide medical check-ups for health insurance holders.
As of December 31, 2017, 100% of communes will meet national healthcare criteria. Up to 100% of local population will get medical supervision.
To fulfill the aforesaid goals, the local authorities planned to allocate more capital to improve infrastructure for communal and district medical stations; improve manpower quality; and renovate financial mechanisms.
