Praising Vietnam's economic progress in recent years, Amir Ali Salemi provided an overview of JTA, emphasizing its multinational scale, with around 20 subsidiaries operating in sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, and energy.
Since opening its representative office in Vietnam in 2022, JTA has been collaborating with T&T Group to explore investment opportunities. Salemi reaffirmed JTA's intention to connect global investors, particularly from the Middle East, with Vietnam.
Introducing the new project in Dong Anh, he revealed that it has an estimated total investment of $4.5 billion, with approximately $1.3 billion allocated for the development of the multi-purpose sports complex and amusement park, and $3.2 billion dedicated to the theme park.
The project covers a total area of 330 hectares, with the sports complex occupying 120 hectares and the entertainment park spanning 143 hectares. It is located about 10 kilometers from central Hanoi and approximately six kilometers from Noi Bai International Airport. Designed with modern infrastructure, the project aims to meet international standards and vision.
According to Amir Ali Salemi, the sports infrastructure will contribute positively to Vietnam's efforts in nurturing athletic talent, while the entertainment facilities are expected to attract a significant number of domestic and international tourists. JTA and T&T Group are currently working together on the master plan and design for the project.
Speaking at the meeting, Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of T&T Group, emphasized that the proposed project is feasible. He assured that T&T Group and JTA would work seriously to ensure timely progress and high-quality implementation.
Representatives of both corporations expressed their hope that throughout the project's implementation, they would receive support, guidance, and facilitation from various authorities, particularly the Hanoi municipal government, to ensure its successful execution. They anticipate the project will be operational by 2028.

Chairman Tran Sy Thanh confirmed that Hanoi's government is open to supporting such projects. He also provided some suggestions on the project implementation process, stressing that T&T Group is a reputable entity with which JTA can confidently collaborate under a joint venture model.
Earlier that day, local authorities in Dong Anh introduced the district's economic and social development plans, highlighting a 300-hectare area earmarked for development.
