After days of reunion and festivity, 400 union members and workers from Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, employed in Hanoi's industrial and export processing zones, were able to return smoothly and safely thanks to the transport service arranged by the Trade Union of Hanoi's Industrial and Export Processing Zones. This marks the second consecutive year that the union has organized buses to bring workers back to Hanoi after the holiday.

Labor union officials welcome workers come back to Hanoi.
This initiative reflects the continuous innovation and commitment of the Trade Union in caring for and supporting its members and workers in a practical and effective manner.
Braving the cold of the early morning, leaders and staff of the Trade Union of Hanoi's Industrial and Export Processing Zones set out from Hanoi at 1:30 AM on February 2 to pick up the workers in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An.

At the designated pick-up points, leaders of the Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Trade Union, along with local union officials, greeted the workers, wished them a happy new year, handed out lucky money, and assisted them in boarding the buses.
By noon on February 2 (the fifth day of Tet), the buses safely arrived in Hanoi, stopping at the Thang Long Industrial Park Operations Center in Dong Anh, Hanoi.
Nguyen Thi Lien, a worker at Alpha Industries Vietnam from Nghe An, shared her gratitude for the service. This year, she and her family were provided transportation by the union to return home for Tet and then back to Hanoi for work.
"Both the trip home and the return journey were comfortable, spacious, well-organized, and smooth, without traffic congestion or any issues along the way. Everyone on board felt safe and excited. Moreover, before both journeys, the union officials checked in on us, encouraged us, wished us a happy new year, and gave us lucky money with such thoughtfulness and care. We were all deeply moved and appreciative. I am very grateful to the Trade Union," Lien expressed.
Nguyen Van Hung, a worker at SEI Electronic Components Company from Trieu Son, Thanh Hoa, also shared his joy and appreciation for the Trade Union's transportation service.
"Traveling home for Tet is always a challenge, so in previous years, I would ride my motorbike more than 100 kilometers back home in the cold, which worried my parents and family. This year, I was fortunate to take the free union bus, which was safe, convenient, and cost-saving. I am truly grateful and overjoyed," Hung said.

Other workers returning to Hanoi on the union-organized buses also expressed their gratitude for the Trade Union's care and support. They affirmed their commitment to working harder, contributing to their companies, and staying loyal to both their employers and the Trade Union, in appreciation of the union's dedication.
Speaking from Thanh Hoa, where he had arrived early to greet the workers, Nguyen Dinh Thang, Chairman of the Trade Union of Hanoi's Industrial and Export Processing Zones, emphasized the significance of the program.
"The initiative to transport union members and workers home for Tet and back to Hanoi for work is one of the key activities of the Hanoi Federation of Labor and our Trade Union. It ensures that workers can return to their families for the holiday and then return to work conveniently and safely," Thang stated.
"This effort also helps stabilize the workforce after Tet, fostering a productive and enthusiastic working atmosphere in businesses right from the start of the new year."
