In accordance with Official Telegram No. 100/CĐ-TTg dated June 29, 2025, from the Prime Minister concerning the fire incident in Ao Hamlet, Minh Hai Commune, Van Lam District, Hung Yen Province, the Hanoi People's Committee provides the following directives:

Allcity departments, agencies, and units, along with the People's Committees of communes and wards, must continue to closely follow the stated objectives and requirements, and strictly, decisively, and effectively implement the directives of the National Assembly, the Government, the Prime Minister, the Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee of Hanoi regarding fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue work within the city.
Implementation must be comprehensive and fully aligned with the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue, as well as relevant decrees and circulars that guide the law’s enforcement.
The Hanoi Police Department and the People's Committees of communes and wards (according to assigned duties and decentralization) are to intensify communication efforts, provide training on fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue knowledge and skills, and conduct inspections and provide guidance on fire and explosion safety conditions for residents and facilities at high risk.
These actions aim to minimize potential damage and losses caused by fires and explosions, especially during the current period of extreme heat.
The Hanoi Police Department is assigned to monitor and urge the implementation of these tasks by relevant units and to periodically compile and report the results in accordance with regulations.
