The ceremony also honored one Party member with a 65-year badge, nine with 60-year badges, five with 55-year badges, ten with 50-year badges, 28 with 45-year badges, 28 with 40-year badges, and 27 with 30-year badges.
Speaking on behalf of the honored Party members, Nguyen Dinh To, from the Party Committee of Phung Town, expressed his pride and gratitude.
He said the badge represents a great personal honor and recognition for his lifelong efforts, dedication, and service to the Party, the country, and his hometown.
He pledged to continue improving himself, upholding the values and exemplary conduct of a Party member, and actively encouraging the public to follow the Party's policies and the State's laws.
To also committed to contributing to the continued development of Dan Phuong as a prosperous and civilized locality.
Chairwoman Nguyen Lan Huong congratulated the honorees and conveyed the appreciation of the Party and people of Hanoi to the veteran Party members and their families for receiving this prestigious distinction.
She also briefed the attendees on key city initiatives, including preparations for the upcoming Party congresses at all levels, leading to the 14th National Party Congress.
Other ongoing efforts include public administration reform, the building of a lean and effective political system, the redrawing of administrative boundaries, and advancing the city's digital transformation and science and technology revolutions.
"These achievements reflect the efforts of the entire political system and all segments of the population – including the veteran Party members we are honoring today," she said.
Chairwoman Huong called on veteran Party members to continue upholding revolutionary ethics and their exemplary role, depending on their abilities and circumstances.
She encouraged them to stay active in Party and government work, to combat wrongful and hostile ideologies, and to serve as a living bridge between the country's revolutionary past and its modern future – inspiring younger generations and passing on traditional values.
She also urged the Dan Phuong District Party Committee to continue caring for its veteran Party members, listening to their insights and experience, especially during consultations on draft political documents ahead of the local Party congresses and the city's plan to reorganize its commune-level administrative units.
