During the 20th meeting of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong presented the report on the feedback and clarification regarding the 2025 inspection and supervision plan of the City Party, as well as the 2025 working program of the City Party Committee and the City Party Standing Committee.
He also presented the draft resolution for the 20th meeting of the 17th Hanoi City Party Committee.

Overview of the meeting.
The draft resolution states that it generally agrees with the reports and proposals presented by the Hanoi City Party Standing Committee at the meeting, including the 2025 inspection and supervision plan of the City Party, as well as the 2025 working program of the City Party Committee and the City Party Standing Committee. The resolution tasks the City Party Standing Committee with incorporating as much feedback from the delegates as possible to finalize these documents in accordance with the City's Party regulations.
The draft resolution also generally agrees with the reports and proposals presented by the Party Committee of the Hanoi People's Committee at the meeting. The City Party Committee has thoroughly implemented the guidance of the Party and General Secretary To Lam's perspective on the "new era—the era of the nation's rise." It has also followed the City Party Standing Committee's directive on reforming, restructuring, and organizing a streamlined, effective, and efficient operational system according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.
The City Party Committee urges all levels and sectors to focus on concretizing and prioritizing efforts to successfully implement the political tasks for 2024, as well as for the 2020-2025 term. This will contribute to the successful realization of the Hanoi City Party's 17th Congress Resolution and, together with the rest of the country, achieve the goals of the 13th National Party Congress Resolution. It also stresses the importance of preparing for the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.
